Questions creators ask

How is a sponsorship rate normally calculated?

The common starting point is about $10 per 1,000 followers, then adjusted for platform, the deliverable a brand actually wants, how engaged your audience is, and whether the brand can run your content as an ad.

Why do usage rights raise the price so much?

Paid usage turns your content into the brand's ad creative, which is a separate licence from posting on your own channel. Three to twelve months of paid usage typically adds 35–100% to the fee.

Should I quote the low or the high number?

Quote the fair or high figure and treat the low end as your walk-away floor. Brands expect a negotiation, and dropping straight to your floor removes your room to move.
