Cross-Platform Deal Value Calculator
One brand deal, several platforms. Start from the rate for your main platform, add the channels the brand also wants to post on, and get a suggested total range for the whole package. Nothing is saved and no account is needed.
The fee you would charge if the deal ran on one platform only.

How this is calculated
A straight repost costs you little extra work but buys the brand a second audience, so it adds 25–40% of your base rate. Reformatting means new editing, new hooks and a new upload, so it adds 50–70%. Every selected platform is added on top of the base rate to produce the total range.
Track this as one cross-platform deal in Sponaro
In Sponaro a single deal holds one agreed value and a separate deliverable per platform, each with its own content deadline — so an Instagram reel, a TikTok cut and a newsletter mention stay one deal, one invoice, one payment to chase. Free plan covers 3 active deals, no card required.
Questions creators ask
How much should I charge for a multi-platform brand deal?
Price your strongest platform first, then add a percentage for every extra channel rather than multiplying the whole fee. A repost typically adds 25–40% and a properly reformatted version 50–70% of the base rate.
Why isn't a second platform simply double the price?
Audiences overlap and the creative already exists, so a brand rightly expects a bundle to cost less than two separate deals. What you are charging for is extra reach, extra placement and extra work — not a second campaign.
Should I quote the low or the high end?
Quote the full range and treat the low number as your floor. If the brand wants native, platform-specific edits, hold nearer the top of the range because that is real production time.
